Jason Woods

Owner & Managing Director

Following a successful career within the British Parachute Regiment as non-commissioned officer, operating in several different environments around the world, Jason then worked as a close protection officer for several high net-worth individuals and families. He then afterwards joined the European Commission security team as they entered Afghanistan post conflict in late 2002.

Over the following eight years he operated in most of the world’s hot spots such as Iraq, Kurdistan, Sudan, Nigeria & Pakistan for various organisations as a CPO, consultant, project manager, country manager & security director specialising within the oil and gas sector.

After leaving his last post of security director for FMK Exploration in Kurdistan in late 2009 he founded and became the Managing Director of SNE Special Projects based in Dubai and was the driving force behind the development of the company brand and the recruitment of the key personnel, as well as the architect of its subsequent acquisition by Janus Global Operations in December 2015, where Jason became the Director of Libya, Egypt and Tunisia.

After leaving Janus in early 2018, Jason founded Periculum Bespoke Risk Management Solutions (PS), where he currently holds the position of Managing Director and is responsible for the company’s business strategy and move into the high-end side of the security risk management and executive protection market.

Stuart Baillie

Director of Training 

Following a successful career within the British Parachute Regiment (Special Forces Support Group) as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, operating extensively in every theatre of conflict the British Army has deployed to, and numerous other challenging environments around the world. Stuart then attended St Andrews University gaining a certificate in terrorism studies concentrating mainly on Terrorist Organisations, their tactics and MO, as well as Airport/Business premises and Residential Security.

Over the following five years he operated in most of the world`s hot spots such as Iraq, Kurdistan, Afghanistan, as a CPO then Ops/Security Manager then moving on to Sub Saharan Africa, South Sudan, Nigeria, Kenya, Malawi as a Project Manager/Consultant and Training Manager. As well as HEAT training consultant.

Drawing on his experience from the Special Forces Support group ( SFSG ) as a SNCO, and his time as senior Instructor at OPTAG ( The British Army Training Team ) he found his real life knowledge training and experiences served him immensely in this subject.
